'Relax and Sleep Well' is an app with in-app purchases and a wellness resource for French speakers. This app includes 3 high-quality hypnosis and meditation sessions plus over 31 guided sessions in French by Marjolaine Lemieux. These sessions are designed to promote deep sleep, alleviate anxiety, induce relaxation, cultivate gratitude, boost self-esteem, and more.

'Relax and Sleep Well' is also the title of a 28-minute hypnosis session for "daytime" use that brings you back to wakefulness at the end. This audio track will lead you to a state of calm and inner peace that is highly beneficial for both body and mind. It will help you recharge your batteries and continue your day with enthusiasm.

The meditation and hypnosis sessions included in this app were created by Glenn Harrold and Marjolaine Lemieux, both hypnotherapists. All sessions are guided in French by Marjolaine's comforting voice. The rich and diverse soundscapes were crafted by Glenn Harrold, Russ Davey, and Gilles Desparois, using deeply relaxing tones, frequencies, and rhythms that enhance the therapeutic and transcendent effects of each session.

These wonderful tools for inner peace, calmness, and balance give you the opportunity to enter states of relaxation, focus, and presence that are highly beneficial and rejuvenating. The visualizations, positive affirmations, and subliminal suggestions will enable positive reprogramming of your different levels of consciousness. You will be guided into safe states of meditation or hypnotic trance using breathing techniques, body relaxation, imagination, presence, and mindfulness.
