This app includes 3 high-quality hypnosis and meditation sessions plus over 31 guided sessions in French by Marjolaine Lemieux. 'Relax and Sleep Well' is also the title of a 28-minute hypnosis session for "daytime" use that brings you back to wakefulness at the end. The meditation and hypnosis sessions included in this app were created by Glenn Harrold and Marjolaine Lemieux, both hypnotherapists.
